For anyone in Multnomah County who smokes, vapes or uses other commercial tobacco or nicotine products. 

Each kit includes items to help you make this important health change:

  • Water bottle
  • Mini workbook (to help you plan your quit)
  • Inspiring bookmark
  • Mints, tea, sugar-free mint gum
  • Travel toothbrush and toothpicks
  • Rubber bands
  • Emery board
  • Pen

In-Person Help

Ask your doctor or clinic about quit classes and coaching. They can also set you up with a plan and prescribe medications to help you quit.

No Tobacco Products are Safe

Tobacco use is the leading cause of preventable death. There is no safe form of tobacco or nicotine.

All tobacco products are harmful to health, including:

  • Smokes (cigarettes, cigars, hookah)
  • Vapes and e-cigarettes
  • Smokeless tobacco (snuff)
  • Nicotine pouches

Commercial vs. Traditional Tobacco

Traditional tobacco is a sacred plant to many Native people. It’s used in a variety of ways by many tribes, including ceremonies and gifting.
