Stark Street Culvert Time-Lapse Video

See a time-lapse video of the 2017 Stark Street Culvert Replacement. The project replaced an undersized fish ladder with a culvert that restored the natural streambed and allows for fish passage.

The Stark Street Culvert Replacement project was completed in 2017. It replaced an undersized culvert and fish ladder on the north side of the SE Stark Street crossing of Beaver Creek. It was replaced with a channel-spanning open bottom culvert that restored the natural streambed and allows for fish passage. The new culvert is 150 feet long, designed for a future project that will widen SE Stark Street to four lanes, with sidewalks and bike lanes.
