Community Services provides and supports services aimed to improve the health, wellbeing, and independence of vulnerable populations in Multnomah County. We directly offer services, like Safety Net, and facilitate the success of other services, like Home Delivered Meals, to promote independence, dignity, and choice in the lives of older adults, people with disabilities and veterans.
