The Multnomah County Health Department, the Portland Multnomah Progress Board, the Portland Police Bureau, and the Multnomah County Domestic Violence Coordinator's Office collaborated in 1999 to conduct a study of violence against women by intimate partners in Multnomah County. Read the report here
Reducing Drug Use and Criminal Activity among Women
Project WORTH studied the reduction in drug use and criminal activity in women treated in several treatment programs in Multnomah County. The evaluation, conducted by Greg Falkin and Sheila Strauss, of the National Development and Research Institutes, has produced three documents on these programs, available below:
