Community Preschool Expansion Program

Preschool for All connects 3- and 4-year-olds in Multnomah County to free, culturally responsive preschool.  Each year the number of children enrolled in PFA will grow. CPEP supports community-based organizations to create new preschool programs. CPEP participants engage in training and educational opportunities, program development, peer networks, and individualized consultation. Supports will be tailored to the strengths and needs of each organization. CPEP is a partnership between the Preschool & Early Learning Division and Multnomah County Child Care Resource & Referral.
