Pathways Overview
The Pathways Program is designed to help providers who want to apply for Preschool For All, but do not meet Pilot Site Requirements.

In Pathways, providers join a cohort with other participants, and work with a Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Network Coordinator to achieve milestones and improve their early learning setting. Pathways helps your program meet Preschool for All requirements.
Each provider is unique and has different strengths and needs. Pathways provides options for individualized coaching, peer networks, training and educational opportunities, and program development. Supports are tailored to the strengths and needs of each provider and are flexible to help them be at their best.
Eligibility & Timeline
All licensed and recorded preschool providers in Multnomah County are eligible to apply for the Pathways Program, no matter their education level or setting type. If you have completed your licensing inspection and are awaiting to become officially licensed, we encourage you to apply as well. There is no deadline for applications to be submitted, providers can apply at any time.
Additional Details
Pathways Providers do not receive Preschool for All slots. Providers who meet the requirements and are interested in having contracted slots can apply to be a Pilot Site. The Pathways Program is designed to help providers get ready to apply for Preschool for All slots.
