The Pathways Program is designed to help providers who want to apply for Preschool For All, but do not meet
Each provider is unique and has different strengths and needs. Pathways Providers will provide options for individualized coaching, peer networks, training and educational opportunities, and program development. Supports are tailored to the strengths and needs of each provider and are flexible to help them be at their best.
Eligibility & Timeline
All licensed and recorded preschool providers in Multnomah County are eligible to apply for the Pathways Program, no matter their education level or setting type. If you have completed your licensing inspection and are awaiting to become officially licensed, we encourage you to apply as well. There is no deadline for applications to be submitted, providers can apply at any time.
Pathways participants will join a cohort for training, educational opportunities, peer networks and professional development. While you will join a cohort, Network Coordinators will honor that each provider is unique and has different strengths and needs. Supports are tailored to the strengths and needs of each provider and are flexible to help them be at their best through one-on-one monthly sessions.
Additional Details
Pathways Providers do not receive Preschool for All slots. Providers interested in having contracted slots can apply to be a Pilot Site. The Pathways Program is designed to help providers get ready to apply for Preschool for All slots.

After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) within four weeks. If your application is incomplete, you will be asked to provide additional information. If your application is complete, you will receive a welcome email and dates to sign up for an orientation.
