RFPQ Application for Providers
The RFPQ is the application process to become a Preschool for All provider. Providers who apply and qualify will enter into a contract with Multnomah County.
How to apply
Step 1: Register in MultCo Marketplace
Register in MultCo Marketplace as a supplier to get updates, ask questions, and access application materials. Please note that registering does not commit you to applying.
Step 2: Get the application
Go to the Multnomah County Bids and Proposals website and search for the Preschool for All provider application.
Step 3: Complete and submit your application
Follow all instructions in MultCo Marketplace, and submit your application before April 28.

Learn how the application works and ask questions.
