RFPQ Instructions
The RFPQ is an application process with Multnomah County. Providers that apply and qualify by this application process would be directly contracted with Multnomah County.
You must apply through the RFPQ application if you:
- Have a large center with 100 or more children
- Have more than one center
- Are a community based organizations or non-profit organizations
- Are a public charter school or private school
**If you are a family child care provider (FCC) or single-site center you can choose to apply through this RFPQ application and be directly contracted with Multnomah County or you can choose to apply through the FCC, Single- Site Small Center application process and be subcontracted through the intermediary organization.
Responding to the RFPQ
Instructions for responding to the RFPQ:
1. Please register as a supplier in MultCo Marketplace. This will help you get updated information about the proposal and access to the Question and Answer Board. Registering as a supplier means you are interested in learning more, but does not commit you to responding to the proposal.
2. Find the event at the Multnomah County Bids and Proposals Website.
3. Review and follow all submission instructions in the MultCo Marketplace Sourcing Event before the event closes.
