We release information about Open Enrollment as details are confirmed with unions and vendors, usually starting in September.

Pay Attention in Workday and to the Wednesday Wire.

We have announcements in the Wednesday Wire during October and November to keep you updated on when Open Enrollment opens and closes. In addition, Workday will display a banner for open enrollment while it’s open.

Set a calendar reminder or schedule send an email to your future self!

Depending on when you’re reviewing this page, open enrollment may be far away. It’s always a good idea to set a calendar reminder, or to schedule send an email to yourself during open enrollment so you don’t miss it!.  (U Learn: Google)

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plans

You must re-enroll every year to participate!

The Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP) can be used to pay for childcare expenses such as preschool, before or after school programs, and elder daycare.

The Transportation Reimbursement Plan (TRP) can be used to pay for eligible commuting expenses to/from work (two types of TRPs are available; one for parking and one for transit). Note: TRP expenses must be reimbursed within 180 days of when they are incurred.
