Local Public Safety Coordinating Council (“The Council”) meetings are usually held monthly on the 4th Monday from 1:30-3pm in the Multnomah County Boardroom (501 SE Hawthorne Blvd) with a virtual option. These meetings are public and posted on the Multnomah County Board Meeting page.
Agendas and materials for each meeting are linked below when they become available. The recorded meeting will be posted by the end of the week.

The January LPSCC meeting featured a public defense update and legislative agenda information.
February 24, 2025
The February agenda includes LPSCC member survey results, an overview of LPSCC subcommittees, a presentation and approval of the Juvenile Crime Prevention Plan, and a jail capacity management plan update.
March 31, 2025 (note this is the 5th Monday in March)
The March agenda included:
- LPSCC member survey results
- A Justice Reinvestment presentation followed by a vote to Authorize the Multnomah County Local Public Safety Coordinating Council (LPSCC) to apply for the 25-27 Justice Reinvestment Grant
- A Specialty Court presentation followed by a vote to approve DCJ’s submission of the Preliminary application for CJC treatment court funding.
