Multnomah County is asking for feedback on how it provides customer service in Transportation Planning, Land Use Planning and the County Surveyor. Those three public surveys are now live for Multnomah County’s Department of Community Services. The survey’s are open to the public through Oct.4.
The way Multnomah County provides customer service across its departments has changed,in part due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and new emerging technology. Your voice matters! The County wants to know how it can provide convenient, timely and accessible services to its customers. If you’ve used our services in the last few years, the County welcomes your feedback.
County Surveyor
The County Surveyor's office provides a number of services required by the state, as well as support for county programs and the public, including providing access to public survey records, filing and indexing surveys and review and approval of land division plans. The County Surveyor provides services across Multnomah County in all cities and unincorporated areas.

Transportation Planning
Transportation Planning provides development review for construction on or near Multnomah County roads and bridges and permits for special use of these roads and bridges, including utility permits, film permits and special permits. Multnomah County's road and bridge system services unincorporated areas of Multnomah County, as well as urban roadways in areas including the cities of Wood Village, Troutdale, Fairview, and Gresham.
