Process/what we did:
Through research and collaboration with Department of County Human Services (DCHS) divisions and County Emergency Management, a survey instrument was designed to address the most important aspects related to determining customer vulnerability. Conducting the survey, analyzing the data, and building a set of recommendations for implementation will begin with a cross-department team led by the DCHS Project Manager.
Outcome/Impact:
This project is ongoing, and we look forward to the impact of the project.
