Process/what we did:

We identified our audience and key partners, mapped the current (transactional) state and future (transformational) state of the Department of County Human Services’ (DCHS) service model using personas, discussed human-centered design, and developed a road map for our next steps.

Outcome/Impact:

The MIL developed a plan to help lead DCHS in its Pivot to 2025 efforts.
