Please note that many Multnomah County services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on Thursday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day, including:
- Multnomah County Health Department and Health Center clinics, Student Health Centers, and telemedicine services
- Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation in-person, email, chat, and phone services
- Multnomah County Library branches and administration offices
- Multnomah County Animal Services (with the exception of Emergency Services 503- 988-7387)
Normal business hours will resume Countywide on Friday, July 5.
