Movie Screening & Community Listening Session on Mental Health

Hosted by Multnomah County Commissioner Sharon Meieran

Accessible and effective mental health care is one of the most important needs facing our community. In order to address what often may seem like a fragmented system of care, Multnomah County and Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) are conducting a study of the local mental health system.

Not Broken is a one-hour documentary by Arizona Public Media about youth who have lived experience of mental illness.

This event offered the opportunity to watch Not Broken as a community and share your thoughts about a better mental health system. We’re especially interested in hearing about youth and family experiences with the local mental health system. The event was held on:

Tuesday, February 6, 2018
Multnomah County Building Boardroom
6:00pm-7:00pm: Movie Screening
7:00pm-8:00pm: Listening Session
