Emergencies After Business Hours
The ACHP is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The ACHP is closed for holidays. Check the ACHP Google Business page for updated closure information.
For emergencies, operators, resident managers and caregivers can reach the Adult Care Home Program after business hours by calling the ADVSD 24 Hour Helpline at 503-988-3646.
Consumers and community members may also call the 24 Hour Helpline at 503-988-3646 to report concerns.
