Gladys McCoy Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring the legacy of former Multnomah County Chair Gladys McCoy by recognizing someone in Multnomah County who models Ms. McCoy's ideals.

Jennifer Beegle Award for Youth Involvement, highlighting the positive impact youth have on their community. This award is given in memory of Jennifer Beegle, a former member of the Multnomah County Youth Commission.
