THE CORBETT WATER DISTRICT
The Corbett Water District has many problems:
VERY HIGH WATER RATES despite low production costs.
WATER RATES INFLATED 95% in the past three years.
MORE RATE INCREASES planned, but not this election year!
SKYROCKETING EXPENSES with little to show for them.
COSTLY NEW HEADQUARTERS proposed.
LITTLE MONEY LEFT for replacement of decaying pipes.
Who is responsible for this failure to protect the public interest and public money? The Commissioners who are running for re-election. They spend our money freely yet do not attend to the critical needs of the district.
We think that there is a much better way. The Corbett Water District can be run frugally for the benefit of its customers. It once was.
Please vote for the NEW TEAM dedicated to economy and reform. Reorganizing the district to serve the best water at the lowest price is our goal. Corbett has one of the best school districts and one of the best fire districts. It is time for the water district to meet the same high standards! With your help, we will succeed.
