As a citizen advocate, Carla secured millions of dollars from the State Legislature for the East Metro Gang Enforcement Team. Throughout her career, she has fought for social services, children's programs, and Head Start funding. Carla knows that these important programs are needed to protect our kids, and keep our neighborhoods healthy, safe and crime free.
