Why did you join MYC?
I joined the MYC to give a voice to those who feel marginalized or unaccepted in our county. As a bisexual woman of color, I want to voice some of my ideas surrounding what could make our county more inclusive for different groups of people.
What is one goal you have for next year in MYC?
Next year, I hope to get in touch with different communities that have been gentrified out of our city and those who feel they do not have a safe space in their community or school. From there, I hope to help provide safe spaces in communities and see how I can help those being gentrified out currently.
