Help us design the first ever intersection street painting in Gresham!

The Multnomah Youth Commission is organizing the first public intersection street painting in the Rockwood neighborhood. We will be holding two art nights for all youth, families, community members living or working in Rockwood to help us design the painting (download flyer below). We hope to bring the Rockwood neighborhood together and build community, connections and creativity.

WHAT: We invite you to come be a part of our design process and give your input on what you want to see in your community!

WHO: This is a youth led-event aimed at all members of the Rockwood community. No art experience required. Everyone is welcome! We will have a variety of activities for all ages, raffles, and free food!

WHEN & WHERE: The first art night will take place at Vance Park (1400 SE 182nd, Portland, Oregon 97233) on Thursday, July 26th, 2018 from 5-7pm. The second art night will be for finalizing the design of the intersection painting and getting any final input from community on and will take place at the Rockwood Library (17917 SE Stark St, Portland, OR 97233) on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018 from 3-5PM

We look forward to seeing you there!
