TRAFFIC ALERT: E. Knieriem Road in Corbett is closed at this address: 37925, due to a downed tree that's blocking the road. A portion of the road is damaged from the fallen tree. Crews are working to remove the tree. Use extra caution while driving in the area.
During this winter weather event, Multnomah County Transportation Road Maintenance has closed more than 20 County roads due to downed trees, power lines and ice. Some of those roads have closed and reopened multiple times. The Road Maintenance team estimates 40-50 trees have blocked at least a portion of County roads. Road crews are continuing to work hard throughout the weekend to clear County roads.
