The Board of Commissioners proclaimed January 29, 2015, as Kathleen Todd Day for her work advancing public engagement in county decision-making over the past 19 years.
Over 60 people attended the orientation on January 14th. They learned about the important role they play in the budget process, the budget process and timeline, as well as next year's budget forecast.
Nearly 130 public employees from governments throughout Oregon and southern Washington attended our workshop. See the valuable tips they gave to make outreach and engagement more equitable.
