The Benefits Fair and Flu & Covid Shot Clinic will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 in the Multnomah Building (Room 315) from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
On Thursday, October 3rd, join us in Room 315 at the Multnomah Building for the second annual Countywide Benefits Fair! This all-day event is an opportunity to get more information about your County benefits and to get your flu and COVID shots.

County benefit vendors will be present to talk about health and dental insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans, life and disability plans, Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA), Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS), and more!

Your Employee Wellness and Benefits Office teams will be there to answer any questions you have about our wellness initiatives, Open Enrollment, FMLA/OFLA and Paid Leave Oregon, and your retirement benefit options.

Employees may attend the fair on paid County time with supervisor approval. No advanced sign-up for attending the fair is required. Please wear your employee ID badge.

Flu and COVID shot clinic

COVID booster shots and trivalent flu shots will be available. Advanced sign-up is recommended but walk-ins will also be accommodated. Please remember to eat and hydrate! How to sign up in advance for the clinic:
