Multnomah County has reopened the upper section of Larch Mountain Road in the Columbia River Gorge for recreational access.
Improvements to SE Stark Street near Mt. Hood Community College will require a road closure, starting in June. The public can learn more at two outreach events planned on May 20.
SE Lusted Road has reopened between SE Altman Road and SE Hosner Road after repair of a large sinkhole that created a large void under the road this winter.
A section of SE Pipeline Road in rural east county between SE Altman Road and SE 302nd Avenue has reopened to traffic after a section of the road was washed out during a storm in February 2017.
NW Springville Road has reopened to traffic in both directions in the west hills between NW Skyline Blvd. and NW 128th Ave. after a landslide blocked the road for several hours today.
A landslide closed a stretch of NW Springville Road in the west hills between NW Skyline Blvd. and NW 128th Ave. The road is expected to reopen by 4 pm today.
Drilling work on NE Marine Drive will require daytime lane closures at times in March. The drilling is being done to determine the condition of the flood protection levee that is under the road.
A new landslide on Feb. 10 has closed NW Thompson Road between NW Cornell Road and NW Skyline Blvd.
County roads crews are reopening a road and working on others in the west hills impacted by landslides.
A landslide has come down near 14151 NW Germantown Road west of NW Skyline Blvd. The road remains open, but use caution. If road needs to close, use NW Cornelius Pass as alternate route.
A landslide has closed NW Newberry Road in the west hills to through traffic. The slide is large and is still moving, so the road could be closed for some time.
