As we head into winter, Multnomah County Transportation is releasing its snow and ice removal plan, which is available online at multco.us/roads/snow-and-ice-plan.
On Monday, December 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will be single lane closures on S.W. 257th Drive while a contractor takes pavement core samples with a truck and trailer drill rig.
Upper East Larch Mountain Road in the Columbia River Gorge will close on Monday, November 28, at 8:30 a.m.
On Monday, November 21 to Wednesday, November 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will be single lane closures on S.W. 257th Drive while a contractor takes pavement core samples.
On Friday, November 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will be single lane closures on S.W. 257th Drive while a contractor tests the condition of the pavement with a truck and special equipment.
After five months of construction, Multnomah County has successfully replaced the deteriorating timber bridge over Latourell Creek in the scenic Columbia River Gorge
On Tuesday, November 15th S.E. Chase Road will close between S.E. Teal Ave and S.E. 302nd Ave.
On Saturday, October 15th S.E. Chase Road will close between S.E. Teal Ave and S.E. 302nd Ave. Local access will remain open for those who live along the road.
